    Beocampus is Bang & Olufsen's digital learning platform. It provides comprehensive resources to help you successfully sell, install, and repair Bang & Olufsen products.
  • How can I get a Beocampus account?
    Bang & Olufsen Partner with a ROS Account: You will be automatically enrolled in Beocampus. If you have further questions, please contact your Bang & Olufsen Area Manager or representative. When you create a new user account on ROS, you will gain access to Beocampus within 24 hours. Similarly, deactivating your ROS account will remove your Beocampus access within 24 hours. Bang & Olufsen Partner without a ROS Account: You can request a Beocampus account here → link Please contact your Bang & Olufsen representative to obtain your CODE. Bang & Olufsen Employee: You are automatically enrolled in Beocampus. For any further questions, please contact your direct manager or People & Culture business partner.
  • How do I log in to Beocampus?
    I have a ROS account: access Beocampus through www.beo.com I do not have a ROS account: go to www.beocampus.com, click on login and enter your credentials. Bang & Olufsen Employee: access Beocampus through your SuccessFactors account.
  • How many languages does Beocampus offer?
    English, Danish, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Simplified-Chinese
  • - How do I change the Beocampus User Interface language?
    If you have a ROS/beo.com user account, changing your language on ROS will automatically update your Beocampus language interface within 24 hours. Click on the profile picture in the upper-right corner of your Beocampus homepage: Select "Settings": Choose "Change Language," select your preferred language from the available list, and click "Switch."
  • Is there a Beocampus mobile App?
    You can use Beocampus on your smartphone or tablet. PDF Guide: Find a guide on how to use Beocampus with the SAP SuccessFactors mobile app for iOS and Android here Web Browser: You can also access Beocampus using your web browser on your smartphone or tablet.
  • What are Beocampus System requirements?

  • - Where can I find courses assigned to me?
    Beocampus will assign courses to you based on your responses to the job task survey and your daily tasks related to the sales, installation, or repair of Bang & Olufsen products. Mandatory Courses: You can find all mandatory courses assigned to you on the Beocampus homepage in the "Required Learning" section: Once you have completed all your required courses, you will see the following message: If you participate in the "Brand Compliance Program," all courses in this section will be mandatory for compliance. Non-Mandatory Courses: Courses assigned to you that are not mandatory will appear in the "Important Learning" section: Optional Courses: Courses that you started autonomously will appear in the "Optional courses that I've started" section:
  • - Where can I find which courses I have already completed?
    You can easily access your learning history and completed courses from the "Activities" menu in the upper-right corner of your Beocampus homepage. Simply select "Completed Learning":
  • - Can I take courses not assigned to me?
    Beocampus allows you to search for any digital learning course in the Bang & Olufsen portfolio. To find a course that is not automatically assigned to you by Beocampus, simply search for a product or topic in the "Search for Learning" tab on your Beocampus homepage, or click on "Browse Library" to view the entire portfolio:
  • How can I find a course in Beocampus' digital learning catalogue?
    On Beocampus' homepage, under "Beocampus", simply type a keyword to find all the relevant digital learning content. For example type a product name: Alternatively you can browse all courses by clicking 'Browse all courses' under "Find courses" tile on the "Learning Overview" page.
  • - Can I start a Beocampus courses in another language?
    Yes, you can browse all courses in all available languages in the Beocampus library. When you search for a specific course or product, all available languages will be shown in the search results.
  • How can I change the language of the courses that are assigned to me?
    If you want to change the language of the courses that are automatically assigned to you by Beocampus, send your request with this Support Form.
  • Report: Can I have an overview of my team learning progression on Beocampus?
    The "My Team" features is a powerful features that allows you to: have an overview of your team learning progression, pull reports, assign specific courses and much more. Send a request with our Support Form if you need to setup "My Team". Here is an example of how you can setup multiple teams: Instructions here.
  • Report: I have a Team, how can I see my Team Learning progress on Beocampus?
    In Beocampus you can create a hierarchy for your team. This will allow supervisors to follow their Teams Learning progression. Instructions here. Please, reach out to your local Bang & Olufsen Training Manager or Retail Manager to set up and manage your team's overview or send a request with this support form.
  • Why am I receiving daily email from Beocampus?
    Beocampus sends automatic notifications 30 days before the due date of a required course. If you believe that you shouldn't be receive any notification, please use this Support Form.
  • - How can I review a course that I have already completed?
    To review a course that you have already completed, follow these steps: Access your learning history by selecting "Completed Learning" from the "Activities" menu in the upper-right corner of your Beocampus homepage: Find the course you want to review and click on the "Review Content" icon under "Action": You will be able to browse the selected course without restrictions. IMPORTANT If the "Review Content" icon is missing, or if the course has been updated after you completed it or removed from the Beocampus library, you will not be able to review it. Instead, you will be redirected to Beocampus or see an alert similar to this: You can find the new version of the course by searching for it in the Beocampus library:
  • I have a ROS account and I can not log in to Beocampus from beo.com, What should I do?
    If you have a ROS account, that is also your Beocampus account. You should be able to login to Beocampus, by following these steps: Browse to beo.com Login with your ROS credentials Click on the Beocampus tile If these instructions do not work, please use this Support Form to send a screenshot of your beo.com page, with your username visible on the upper right corner (see image): Note: you will not be able to reset your "Beocampus" password or request a new one. Your ROS account is your Beocampus account.
  • I try to login to Beocampus, but I get an error message.
    I try to login to Beocampus, but I get an error message similar to this: If you have a beo.com user account make sure to use it to login Beocampus: If you don't have a beo.com user account, please consult the "General" section of the FAQ.
  • I can not login to Beocampus. I land on a SAP SuccessFactors "Invalid Login" webpage. What to do?
    When you try to access to Beocampus you land on an "Invalid Login" webpage, similar to this: If you just created your account on ROS, wait 24 hours before trying to access Beocampus. If you are a Bang & Olufsen employee, you must use your @bang-olufsen.dk user account to login. If you are a Bang & Olufsen employee please reach-out to your People & Culture Business partner for support with your SuccessFactors account. If none of the above works, please use this Support Form
  • When I try to connect to Beocampus, the website ask me for an SAP SuccessFactors Company ID. What should I write?
    When you try to connect to Beocampus and the website asks for an SAP SuccessFactors Company ID, you should enter Bang & Olufsen's SAP SuccessFactors ID: "bangolufse".
  • I've completed a course, but the completion is not showing in my learning history.
    The main reason a course might not be marked as completed in your learning history is if it was left unattended for longer than 30 minutes. When this happens, you can still browse the course, but the progress will not be recorded on your Beocampus account. Beocampus displays an alert when your session is about to time out, which is visible on the Beocampus homepage and tab. To avoid losing your progress, open the homepage and click on "Keep Working.": If you're unsure whether a course is marked as completed on your account, you can easily check. A completed course will no longer appear in your learning assignments. Instead, it will be recorded in your learning history. In your learning history, you can print a certificate of completion, which includes the course title, your name, and the date of completion, similar to this example: IMPORTANT: A screenshot of the course completion (similar to the one below) does not replace a certificate of completion available in your learning history and cannot be accepted as proof of completion:
  • What should I do if my completed course is not showing in my learning history?
    If you experience this issue, contact your Retail Manager, your Training Manager, or use this Support Form as soon as possible to have the course added to your learning history. Please note that we cannot support requests made more than one week after the incident occurred.
  • - I'm receiving notifications about a required course. My supervisor sees the course in my Learning Plan, but I have no pending learning assignments.
    When you complete all the required courses assigned to you by Beocampus, the "Required Learning" section will show a message confirming that you don't have any more pending mandatory courses on your account: If you are still receiving notifications about a pending course, or your supervisor sees a required course still assigned to you in the "My Team" overview, it is possible that you started a certification or learning program which is not part of your learning plan but has a required due date. You can find and complete all self-assigned courses in the "Optional courses that I've started" section: If you want to remove the course or learning program from your learning plan and stop receiving notifications, click on the course and then click "Withdraw.":
  • I can not find the answer to my question. What should I do?
    If you don't find an answer to your questions and your Bang & Olufsen representative can not support you, please use this Support Form .
