Beocampus is Bang & Olufsen's digital learning platform. It provides comprehensive resources to help you successfully sell, install, and repair Bang & Olufsen products.
Bang & Olufsen Partner with a ROS Account: You will be automatically enrolled in Beocampus. If you have further questions, please contact your Bang & Olufsen Area Manager or representative. When you create a new user account on ROS, you will gain access to Beocampus within 24 hours. Similarly, deactivating your ROS account will remove your Beocampus access within 24 hours.
Bang & Olufsen Partner without a ROS Account: You can request a Beocampus account here → link Please contact your Bang & Olufsen representative to obtain your CODE.
Bang & Olufsen Employee: You are automatically enrolled in Beocampus. For any further questions, please contact your direct manager or People & Culture business partner.
I have a ROS account: access Beocampus through www.beo.com
I do not have a ROS account: go to www.beocampus.com, click on login and enter your credentials.
Bang & Olufsen Employee: access Beocampus through your SuccessFactors account.
English, Danish, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Simplified-Chinese
If you have a ROS/beo.com user account, changing your language on ROS will automatically update your Beocampus language interface within 24 hours.
Click on the profile picture in the upper-right corner of your Beocampus homepage:
Select "Settings":
Choose "Change Language," select your preferred language from the available list, and click "Switch."
You can use Beocampus on your smartphone or tablet.

Web Browser: You can also access Beocampus using your web browser on your smartphone or tablet.

The process depends on the type of user account and situation:
Bang & Olufsen employees:
If you need to deactivate the account of a team member, please contact your People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner.
ROS users (your own account):
If you want to deactivate your own access to Beocampus, you can submit a request by replying to the job task survey. This will not affect your access to any other Bang & Olufsen platforms associated with your ROS user account.
ROS users (team members who have left your company):
Please deactivate the employee’s user account directly in ROS. This will automatically deactivate their Beocampus account.

For any other requests, please contact support via the Beocampus support form.
